Codes for: Notes Patient Ledger (Internal) and Notes that will appear on statementand

Tell me more about ADA office codes. Does the code *101010*  101010.1 Letter Received from Insurance, 101010.2.Insurance Appealed, 101010.3 Insurance Termed...show up on the Patient's statement? 

What code group could I use that would NOT show up on the Patient statement but would be on the Patient Ledger (Internal). I would like to create a code that says "Insurance requesting Clinical Notes," " Insurance requesting Perio Chart." "Insurance requesting xray" etc. 

Some notes are good for the patient to see on their statement but some notes I do not want them to see.

Codes in the 101010.x range will show on the statements, but in my testing...codes that are created in the 103000.x range will not show on account billing statements. You should be able to create custom codes in this range and have them be used for internal notes. The 101010.x codes can be used for codes you are okay with the account holder seeing on a statement.

I want to elaborate on the note. For instance if I use code 1.99 it allows me to write additional information in the box. Example:

1.99 = Insurance Note ( technically this code fall into the Payment code category)

In the box I can enter DOS 2/21/21 eob issued 3/15/21 = 636.00

So what I am looking for is a transaction code that I can use in account/patient ledger, Be able to write some text, and will NOT show up on statement

Codes made in the 103000.xx range can have text/notes like below:
