Color coding by procedure

It would be very helpful to be able to attach a color to a procedure code. For example when an assistant is looking at the next day schedule, they could look for all inserts that were a "green" color.  That would be easy to see (green color) and they would know to look for a lab case that has been received in the office.

Re: Color coding by procedure

When a lab case has been marked returned, a green "L" will appear on the appointment, along with a Green Check.

If a patient is scheduled for a crn delivery, and the lab case has not been marked returned, a RED "L" and a Red X will appear on the appt.

Re: Color coding by procedure

You can color code the procedures but it will not effect the color of the appointments if you are in the classic scheduler.  You can edit an appointment to see the procedure colors.  The color of the appointments on the scheduler reflect the status of the appointment.
