Like most of have had to do, we had to just update all our computers. Since we have done this I can not get my letter experts to open. I am also getting an error when going into the chart saying unable to load imaging launcher. Does anyone have any insite to helping me.
@trubino I'm sorry to hear about the issues you are having. As to the letter expert issue I would first check that the computers have stayed with a 32 bit version of Microsoft Word. SoftDent will fail to properly communicate with a 64 bit version of Word and so may not open when you try to use the letter expert.
There can also be other causes to the letter expert issue and with the "Unable to Load Imaging Launcher" error a reinstall of SoftDent on those workstations may be necessary.
