Is anyone currently going through a conversion to a new practice mgmt software. We have been trying to get a snapshot of our database, CVS file with decrypted info. We are cloud based and no one seems to know how we go about this. This is holding up our progress, it has been 2 weeks. Our new practice mgmt software says they have done many conversions from SoftDent Cloud. Any help would be appreciated.
