We have been having issues with the care credit integration not working ever since we went on the cloud. We have care credit enabled and all the correct codes and info set up on the computers. When we add the payment code and try to look up information, the screen just freezes and softdent shuts down. Is there a fix for this?
I have not heard of this. Have you contacted support?
