Is there a way to customize statements that would include an area for credit card information? Some of our patients would like to return the top portion and have an area to write down their credit card information. Is it possible to have the feature added?
Go to "System", "Form Selection" and the drop down of "Billing Statements" - choose one with CC option (we use #7).
