Tonight when we ran our end of day reports, our Daily Register Cash and Credit Card totals did not match our Daysheet totals (Daysheet totals were correct). I have read the Softdent Help section and it sounds as if we may have dangling transaction issues but I cannot reach a Softdent customer service rep (after 50 minutes on hold I had to resume my activity) to help me out with this.

as you said it sounds like a dangling CC transaction , i can reach out to login and find that dangling transaction , we might end up needing to run utilities but most likely we can identify the affected transaction and resolve it
