@LauraPID - I'd try first a "user-defined" patient report. There is an option for Primary Ins Name, and whichever patient parameters you prefer. You also may want to run a different report for Secondary (don't put both primary and secondary, otherwise that's exactly what you'll get - patients who have both DD with primary and secondary).
