Chris called me yesterday and we did the registry key fix on the server....waiting to see if it applies to all workstations or just the server. So far, I haven't heard!!

Apparently the registry edit has to be done on each workstation. We did the registry edit on the server but just learned one of the workstations came up with the warning.
This is the case for us, usually an actual patient who has moved to another account. We just usually remove it from the old patient record.
Thanks to Ayman, we did find were we had some duplicates. So we are in the process of correcting them....luckily only 3 families!!
