There is an update in the works. From my understanding, they have just started looking into it so we don't have a time frame yet but I will keep this updated when I learn more.
There are methods to downgrade from iOS 11 which might alleviate your issue temporarily until we have a fix.

Glad to be aware this now before we update. Thanks for posting and I hope you have luck in getting it fixed. That is a big deal for an office who uses eforms like us.
