Non Cloud User. SD ECS Services are not clearing Claim cache at end of the transmission. Is keeping all claims in the " Waiting Validation" status.
Error 5110 on two claims.
Error 1035 on another claim. States "Specify tooth number or surface for this code, but not both". The procedure was a filling. (Pretty sure the ins co needs tooth and surface)
Delta Claims are going through, but receive a rejection notice from ECS that the " Id number is invalid"
25 year user of here ( No rookie) , so yes, my plans are set up correctly, and yes I have the correct ECS Address etc. Anyone else having similar issues??
