Refresh Your Knowledge, Onboard New Staff, and Earn CE Credits
This is a beginner-level workshop for the administrative team using SoftDent. This workshop is taught by a certified trainer and will provide 2.5 CE credits to anyone who attends the workshop live. In this workshop, we will cover common everyday tasks, such as:
• Answering the phone
• Making appointments
• Checking patients in and out
• Updating records
To help make this workshop work for you, come prepared with questions and ready to interact with the group. If your role is expanded and you are responsible for managing the account receivables, we recommend you also attend the Basic Employee Workshop for Practice Financials. Seating is limited in all workshops, so register early!
Duration: 2 hrs CE: 1.5 (You must attend the entire workshop to qualify for CE Credits)
