We have added an additional provider and are needing to update our treatment plan header to reflect that change. How do we edit the treatment plan header? Thanks!
I had a similar problem when we added 2 doctors to our practice, but my problem was printing prescriptions. The docs had their license numbers on the RX printout but their names weren't. We had some pharmacies balking. So, I went into Practice. (File -> Practice) and added their names there. There are a couple of extra lines to use. That solved the RX problem. Doing this should print both the doctor names on your TX plans. Hope this helps! 🙂
