I am not sure if this is posted in the right category, so moderators please feel free to move this if needed. We have a CS8200 3D machine that uses CS Imaging 8.0.18 software, and today it is showing an error code of "MOT_65316: Your x-ray system stopped working." whenever we try to take a panorex or use the machine at all. We have rebooted both the PC and machine but the error persists. I was unable to find any information online about this code, so am reaching out here to see how best to remedy this situation.
