What does "Account "0" not found" mean? Where running the utility to update the fees for 2017 and we keep on seeing this message. The process completes, but not successfully as evidenced by the results or lack thereof in the scheduler. Not all the fees updated, nor all the treatment plans as specified in the date range.
Any help would be appreciated.
As far as I can tell the fees look correct.
Example. Code 2391 shows in ADA list as $181. Patient x has an appt tomorrow 11:20am, code 2391 is $176, because this 2391 was scheduled from his Treatment Plan before the fee update, it will not be updated. Accepted and/or Scheduled Treatment Plans will not get updated to new fee because its already been agreed on at the previous fee.
