For the patients that have insurance that pays them, I would like the patient portion to show the full amount due. The insurance plan has 'Benefits to Patient' checked on the 'Claim Filing' tab. I've tried setting the ICM to 0, 1, and 2, but no matter which one I choose, the amount to collect from the patient does not show the full amount.
What settings to I need to modify? Does it make a difference if the patient has two insurances, both of which pay the patient?

Immediately after posting this, I realized that when looking at a future appointment it shows an estimated patient portion. But after posting the transactions, it shows that the patient needs to pay us the full amount.
That's actually helpful because it'll show how much we estimate the patient will end up paying for their treatment after getting reimbursed from insurance, but also reminds us to collect the full amount from the patient at the time of service.
