Can you provide more details, please? Were you all logged out of SoftDent at the same time, or did SoftDent crash/close on every workstation at the same time?
Are you on-premise or cloud?
We are Cloud and we were all logged off at the same time. It did not seem like it crashed, but I don't know how I would know the difference. Softdent closed on every computer and we had to log back in.
That is indicative of something occurring on your cloud server to affect all logged in Citrix users. I would contact Cloud Escalations support to figure out the actual cause. It's good to hear that you were all able to get back in though!
