File Error #22

Recently installed 11 new workstations running Windows 10 v21H2. All of these new workstations randomly receive a SoftDent File Error # 22, <MapDriveLetter:\softdent.sys> Invalid argument

Power settings are at high/max.
Power save on NIC is off.
Disabled AV.
Updated Server OS, rebooted Server.

SoftDent v18 running on Hyper-V 2019, Server 2019. 4 vCPUs, 16GB RAM with up to 20 workstations connected. No similar issues reported prior to swapping out of 11 workstations.

When this error appears it is generally related to network connection issues. I would suggest you call CS Support and report this.  Support will need to Rebuild/Re-index files in Utilities.
