A CBCT scan was taken in the wrong patient's chart today. How can it be moved to the correct patient's chart? (We use Carestream).
We have tried going to "send to", saving it to the desktop, then importing the file to the correct patient's chart. But this did not work with the CBCT scan volume.

I am also having this problem with CBCT scans. I go to import and it says please choose a directory. We're stuck there.
