I can resolve most error myself but I have 2 that I can't fix. Code 1045 says OLD Group No. Payor requires Group Number entry on Insurance plans (370) I have put the group ID in every place I can think of and I'm still getting this error.
Also, Carefirst BCBS errors out on some patients (not all) saying this Payor is not an electronically capable company, error 1045. BUT IT IS. So confusing. What resources are there for help with this issues? Do I call customer service?
