I have a denied claim that needs to be appealed. On appeal form (ADA claim form), I was advised to request a "peer to peer review" by the insurance company. How can I submit this appeal electronically? Thank you.
Type up all documents with Dr. signature and send them via NEA. I would also recommend additionally email / faxing. Never send them via postal service.
