How to delete an Apt. note

Is there any way to delete a note off of a patient's apt.? We love that we can post notes on the apt. and flag to display at check in or check out. However, from time to time we need to delete the note (i.e., a patient's apt. changes date/time, ect.). Does anyone know if there is a way to do that?

This may be a silly question.. but how do you add a note to an apt, other than putting it in the note field?  We also sometimes used blocked slots, but I am curious about adding a note to an appointment.  We are on V 16.2.8.

The other way would be by adding a slot note

 right click on the appointment -> add note

 you will see a new icon appearing on the appointment Card 

this note will open in "zoom" window when clicking on that icon ( hidden slot note exist ) 

the down side for slot notes is that they don’t move with the appointment as they are linked to the scheduler slot itself while appointment notes (the ones in apt note field ) stay with the appointment though they don't show on the schedule

contacted office for more information , they are on V 116 

an appt note can not be deleted but edited. Steps are as follow:
1. Remove the information on the note

2.Click the flag icon to disable the note

3.Click add note and the flag to enable note

4.SD will now display the newly created note on the appt window when checked in and out

ayman‌ would steps 1 and 2 only get rid of the note, and just skip step 3 and 4 if a new note is not needed?

tshaw step 1 will get rid of the note text but will leave date and time trace that cant be deleted , step 2 will disable the flag (notification when checking patient in or out ) 
so after all you will have the trace remaining 

adding a new note step 3 and 4 will push the new note to be the default note to show 
yet you will still have the trace from first note

Thank you for getting back to us Ayman. We do know how to edit the note, we would like to delete the note completely.

karen you're always welcome Karen , unfortunately there is no way ( as far as i know ) to delete that trace
