Back in late March, we had to cancel all appointments through May 8. I remembered to print out each day before cancelling the appointments... mostly. I forgot a few days.
I can run the Scheduler Audit Trail for the date that I cancelled all the appointments, and that does show me all the appointments that were cancelled. But is there a way to get those patients into the Contact Expert?
I've tried looking through the User Selected Patient options, but I don't see anything that will filter based on a cancelled appointment.

I only put the op appointments in the tickler, not the recall.
Hopefully I'll never have to use this knowledge again, but now I know to put everything into the tickler file. Thank you!
