How to get a cancellation report into the Contact Expert

Back in late March, we had to cancel all appointments through May 8. I remembered to print out each day before cancelling the appointments... mostly. I forgot a few days.

I can run the Scheduler Audit Trail for the date that I cancelled all the appointments, and that does show me all the appointments that were cancelled. But is there a way to get those patients into the Contact Expert?

I've tried looking through the User Selected Patient options, but I don't see anything that will filter based on a cancelled appointment.

When you canceled the appointments, did you place them in the Tickler file? If yes, then run the Tickler file report.
Reports>Recall/Appt>Tickler File
This reprot can be sent to the Contact Expert or printed

When you canceled the appointments, did you place them in the Tickler file? If yes, then run the Tickler file report.
Reports>Recall/Appt>Tickler File
This reprot can be sent to the Contact Expert or printed

I only put the op appointments in the tickler, not the recall.

Hopefully I'll never have to use this knowledge again, but now I know to put everything into the tickler file. Thank you!
