There is no direct way to print out an allowance table, sorry. See if this gives you the information you need.
This will work ONLY IF an allowance table is assigned to a Plan - you can print the bluebook information. This report shows what your fee is, what the Plan allows, what % is covered, deductibles, etc.
Reports>Insurance>Bluebook>Print Preview .... I would only choose I Plan at a time. I am attaching a sample. Do you think this would work for what you need?
