Thank you for looking into this matter. According to the support and sales representatives, without an entire year of support contract signed, I can not get a license key for my new server machine that I purchased when I first installed the softdent. It is a questionable business practice to force customers in to support agreement by care stream. I had to cave in and pay the support agreement fee to get the license key.
What was the point of purchasing software at the beginning when every time there is a computer upgrade, I have to pay for the monthly support?
