I am facing a situation where a patient informed us about his secondary insurance coverage after the primary insurance paid and we closed the claim. How can I create just a secondary claim and attach a primary insurance EOB in softdent and send electronically? Thank you.

You can create a new primary claim, then attach a $0.00 insurance payment so that it creates the secondary claim. Then, simply indicate the primary paid amount on the secondary claim when submitting it.
