We are unable to view images on different work stations. The images are taken in one op and then we are unable to view them at other work stations.
Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?
You'll need to get with Support to fix the issues with the video capture settings with each of the workstations to prevent the problem going forward. To rectify those images in another database, you'll need Support to run a utility in order to merge into a single image database, one that has been set for all the workstations to view.

Thanks for the suggestions- we were able to get support onto the system and all was resolved.
Call support - it happened to us and it is too complicated to fix yourself!
