My client uses the CS Imaging Software for the CS1500 Cameras. The imaging bridge on the server was working fine until we relocated the server. The key loads but it doesn't show any license file or any other data. I can "install" the license file but if I close and reopen the PracticeWorks server, the license file is missing again....
A little beyond my paygrade, however, I'd try and reinstall the Image Software back on the new server, and make sure when prompted, you choose "server" instead of workstation.
I actually just got it to work. The PWSvr folder was actually copied to the root of C:. I launched the PWSvr from the D:\TW folder where the tech installed it originally and everything is now working as it should.
