Why is impossible to talk to the imaging department? and when we are able to get a hold of someone, they don't know what they're talking about??? our computers have been dramatically slow due to the CMHISTransfer folder being full which make no sense at all. There was a point where none of our images were being saved and reps were unable to remote in because the disk is full, when I do call I'm on hold for 2 hours and the rep resolves NOTHING.
