In House Membership

We are just starting to use Illumitrac to offer an In House Membership Plan.  I was wondering if there was an easy way to color code these patients so we can quickly cross reference upcoming appts on the schedule with patients who are 'Active' (payment up to date) with Illumitracs portal.

 

Any other suggestions for tracking these write-offs or any other tips would also be appreciated.

Yes

You can easily track this in SoftDent.  There is some initial setup required, but once you have it set up, it works perfectly.  You can purchase 1 on 1 training to help you with the initial setup, then it is pretty easy to manage after you set it up; email me directly if you are interested.
