Does inactivating a patient remove them from recall or do they need to be removed manually? I have heard different answers to this and would like to know from the source.
No, they will still appear on your recall report unless you indicate in the report that you would like them to be excluded. If you enter F1 anywhere within softdent a box will appear in which you can search recall and inactive patients. Also, I believe there is a video on the Carestream site that shows this as well.
