Providing your practice with a seamless practice management experience is our top priority. As part of this commitment, it is crucial that we always maintain the most up-to-date and secure infrastructure.
In fact, we are in the process of upgrading our networks and servers in our data centers.
This upgrade is expected to roll out over the next three months. One week before your scheduled change, we will notify you via email that the upgrade has been scheduled for your practice.
This upgrade will occur during non-business hours and will have no effect on your normal practice operations.
Following the upgrade, we will provide a status update that the work is completed via email and our online status notification system (Status IO).*
