Insurance balance

When I look at the patient information screen for a particular patient, it shows all balances as $0 (Patient, Account, Account Ins, Payment Plan). When I go into the patient's transaction screen, all of the balances at the top are $0 (Account, Amt Due, Patient, Amt Due), but at the bottom, it shows an insurance balance of $99. This is affecting what SoftDent says the patient must pay. The patient does not have insurance.

In the account screen for this patient, it shows all 0 balances.

How do I fix this?
