Insurance specific bulk emails

Hello!  Does anyone know how, or if it is possible, to send out a bulk email from SoftDent that will target only patients with a specific insurance company?  We have certain insurance companies flagged with a certain user code in each patient's account page.  Can SoftDent send a bulk email to only those patient's with that specific user code?  Thanks!

Hello,

Considering all patients have an email address assign to them....

1. Goto Reports

2. Insurance

3. Patients by Company

4. When the output options appears, select Contact Expert

5. Within the Report details, select the starting and ending ID for the

Insurance company

6. Then click on Bulk E-mail.

**You can delete any unwanted patients, once the contact expert window

opens**
