Invalid Patient ID

What is an invalid patient ID? I am trying to sent eforms to a new patient and that is the error message.

This sounds like a "run the utilities" issue ... I'd call Support and have them walk you thru the process and get a backup available before you/they run them.

I believe that occasionally a patient record could be deleted and the "next available patient id" is not in the correct sequence.

And/or you may have a ghost patient record, which is one without an account associated with it.
