Issue with License number on claims, Box # 55 when only Hygienists code are submitted to insurance

When Prophy codes (1110 or 1120) are done on a patient and a claim is created for that prophy code, and the Doctor on insurance forms that is assigned to the Hygienist has a different ID to the Dr ID in the patient record the claim prints in Box # 55 the License number of the Doctor in the patient record (which is incorrect).
If the Hygienist has a “Doctor on Insurance Forms” assigned and that Dr ID is different to the Doctor ID on the patient record the License number that it should print in Box # 55 on the claim is the License number of the Doctor assigned to that Hygienist.
