For the past several days I have had issues with e-eligibility. I receive an error: "Cannot find.......make sure path or internet address is correct"
Do you know if there is something I need to do on my end? Or do I need to call support?

The insurance company's response to an eVerifications request is stored in what's known as an Image Storage Drive in the system. The path to this drive must be set up on each individual workstation that uses the eVerifications service.
Access these settings by selecting System > Change System Settings > Video Capture Options
After adding or correcting the Image Storage Drive, attempt an eVerification/Eligibility request
make sure the path exist and reachable from the affected WS
usually it starts with global image DB

I have been able to access e-eligibility on my workstation ever since I signed up.
I went ahead and did what you suggested and everything was already set up.
I also get another message that says: "Real time transaction failed: Request could not be processed at this time. Please try again later or contact support."
