Sometimes we accidentally activate a patient. Is there a way to get them to be "New" again without deleting the patient and starting over?
Unfortunately there is not a way to make it new again.
Possible workaround: make the ADA code 150 office Code **NP**
this will display on the schedule
otherwise, you will need to delete and create the NP again
