We utilize Electronic Services for real-time EOB's, and they are automatically placed into documents. However, we are unable to access past real-time eob's. The date still shows a real-time document in the document list, but there is nothing there when you click on it. They are completely missing. We checked the patient files on the server and they aren't there. The dates of the eob's aren't listed as a document being there, ever. Some of these are not even a year old. We are to hold onto dental EOB's for 7 years, and this is causing issues with our ability to have them on file for the recommended time.
Has anyone else had this issue and know of a resolution?
