Hello-
We are missing two days worth of scheduled patients in March. These patients have been scheduled for months now and are completely gone. The appointments are not in the tickler/short call listing. They have disappeared as if they were never appointed. We unfortunately do not know which patients were there. Does anyone have any idea on how we could go back and recreate, or find where, who they were.

I have spoken to a Softdent Rep and although he was kind- was unable to find resolution.
