My Schedual for next year shows all Holidays!!! Please help me fix this.
I have removed all of the holidays from the softdent but still shows that the office is closed. Please help!
This will seem an unlikely way to fix this issue. I have encountered ghost holidays on the appointment book on several occasions. Though admittedly, not the entire year. I was able to fix the ghost holidays using the steps below. Try these steps:
2) ADD one holiday and set the date range for the ENTIRE year.
3) Click OK and then close.
4) GO back to Scheduler>Holidays
5) Delete the entire year holiday you just created. And now check your book.
