Our office truly utilizes the BEST feature of SD, that being of the ability to note a bluebook entry and the note appear on appointment cards, and to see via the tx plan etc. My hygienist ( new user) cannot see the bluebook notes associated with hygiene codes ( ie frequency levels etc). I have never encountered this. Can you help to sort this out.

NEVERMIND: here was the issue. If you pin down an assistants note in the chart or the bluebook notes within an appointment, it will prevent the bluebook notes from appearing in edit mode in the scheduler. Once we went into any pt on schedule and UN-pinned the Note, those handy bluebook hygiene frequency notes etc once again appeared. MORAL OF THE STORY: pin down your note if you must, but UNpin when you are done!.
