Our office just started to use eforms. (We are going paperless, starting this week.) It does not seems that emails are being sent out to patients. Office Manager states that they are confirmed correctly. (He using them in his other offices.) I placed myself on the schedule as a new patient and I did not receive anything. I have clicked the resend forms, as well as the add forms and send now. I am receiving texts regarding the appointment. I have spoken with several patients, they state that they have not received any. Is there a trouble shooting protocol on this.
When you click send now, is it truly being sent "now" or is it being sent at the preset configured time?
Any help would be deeply appreciated.
