How do you go about removing a past date from the next appointment field in the patient screen. We have a patient that was scheduled back in June 2016, but is still listed as the next appointment date and time. It was removed from the schedule when you look back.
We do run that report daily and it doesn't clear. Just to add some additional information - The appointment date is displayed in the patient screen under the "Dates" tab, "Next appointment time". There is no dates listed under the "Recall" tab for appointments.

At the end of the work day try running the Missed Appointments Report. This has worked on older versions.
1. Click Reports.
2. Select Missed Appointments.
3. The "Output Options" window is displayed
4. Print Preview can be selected.
