When ever our staff enters a clinical note it always defaults with the statement no note defined. Even when adding a generic clinical note or using the populated notes after posting services this is in every note. How do we get rid of it in our charting module. We do not want it in all our notes. We do not want to waste the time every clinical code removing it. Why is it there, what's the purpose?

When clicked ok, it creates a generic note for that code in Generic Notes
As far as the wording being in every note, edit each note template and remove the wording.
