Is there a way to disable the note option in the scheduler? I have people all over the office putting random personal notes in the schedule, they found this after I disabled their option to put a block in.
Yes, you can disable the ability to add a note, but that also disables the ability to make or edit appointments. In system security for the user(s) in question uncheck the box for "Edit Mode in the Scheduler". (it is almost to the bottom of the list)
