I was wondering why our appts. were showing up late and they were still 2hours away. I notice that the time is off in the bottom right corner of SoftDent. Anyone know how to change that? We are a cloud office if that makes a difference.
Nothing in the Exchange or in Softdent Help unless I missed it. Thanks for any help.

We don't use Softdent but are in the cloud. We have noticed many times that our time clock is off. Sometimes its off like 5-10 minutes and other times its an hour. I have many calls in on this and not getting anywhere fast. Luckily for us this hasn't impacted scheduling just creating extra time clock maintenance. One support person told me to set all computers to be CST because the cloud servers are CST. That made no sense to me since were are EST and we aren't going to work with our clocks being wrong all day. I hope they figure something out soon.
