PDA vs. Checkout

We currently post today's treatment for a patient by using the 'pda' shortcut. What is the difference between that and selecting "Checkout" from the popup menu?

Re: PDA vs. Checkout

by PDA I assume you are referring to PTA- shortcuts Patient-Transactions -ADD. Th if they have appointment today there appointment will still be offered to be posted. If there is not an appointment then the appointment page will not later reflect the actual patients who had appointments that day on the history of appointments. So you woan't have a beigninning daily schedule and ending daily schedule to cross check appointments/patients seen that day.

Yes, I do mean 'pta'. Thank you for catching that.

When you say, "if they have appointment today their appointment will still be offered to be posted." - is this if we use pta?
