Hi, I have always had issues with the claims going through. Below is what the website says. And whenever I send electronically using this info it gets denied and says This claim could not be processed since the submitted combination of member ID, first name and/or date of birth could not be located in our records. Please confirm the claim was submitted to the correct carrier and if so, resubmit the claim with the correct member ID (which may not be the Social Security Number), first name and date of birth.
